Paul Botticello

I began my career teaching leadership development in the wilderness, operated a New York based consulting practice, transitioned to consulting for a Cambridge based - globally recognized leadership institute, and then spent 18 years inside one of the most iconic brands in the U.S.   I started Botticello Consulting to help owners, senior leaders, and teams build clarity, alignment, and commitment to move their organizations. To this new endeavor, I bring all that I’ve gained through my experiences. I’ve led organizational change management for a multi-year business transformation effort, co-led the development & implementation of L.L.Bean’s strategic planning process, advised major corporate initiatives, facilitated high stakes owners meetings to integrate family and management point of view, coached numerous senior leaders, co-led corporate reorganizations, managed leadership development, managed talent & succession planning, and developed mentoring and coaching programs. I am known as a leader who brings creativity, optimism, warmth, and a strong belief in the power of authentic collaboration – where egos are set aside so that teams can strive, learn, and achieve in service to the mission of the organization.
