Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is tailored leadership development that high functioning leaders use to gain insight, perspective, and techniques to improve their performance.

Leaders seek Executive Coaching when they want to:

  • Accelerate in a New Leadership Role or Organization

  • Tackle New Business Challenges

  • Regain Perspective

  • Improve Leadership Impact

  • Plan for Career Change

  • Improve Communication

  • Improve Time Management & Productivity

  • Improve Wellbeing

Executive Coaching Is:

  • A partnership

  • Results focused

  • For Leaders who are strivers

Executive Coaching is NOT:

  • To correct performance issues

  • Mandated

  • Me telling you what to do

Steps in the Coaching Process

Should we decide that I am a good fit for your needs – you can expect our coaching process to begin with my deep dive into your history, goals, strengths, challenges, and opportunities. Next, we will plot a course with specific objectives in mind. I work with committed leaders who are seeking next level results

(Example: Typical 6-month Engagement)

Start Up & Assessments

Each coaching engagement starts with an intended purpose - the reasons for seeking coaching. From there, we choose a way to assess current state - whether it’s reviewing recent performance, conducting 360-degree interviews, or completing a highly validated instrument (like the Hogan Assessment).

Clarify Outcomes & Actions

Together, we get really clear on the intended outcomes for our coaching engagement. What will be different as a result of the coaching work in 6-months time? How will your impact on others improve? How will the performance of the organization improve?

Each coaching session ends with actions you choose to go implement. Reflecting on the effectiveness and impact of these actions is key to developing your genuine leadership practice.

Ongoing Coaching & Evaluation

Through weekly, one-hour sessions, we break down your goals into manageable steps. You’ll practice new ways of leading, take note of challenges and successes, that we’ll build upon at the following session.

At the mid-point mark, we’ll evaluate your progress and adjust our work together to ensure you are making the most progress possible.
